Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase (business days). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on your destination. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days; in some cases delivery can take up to 14 days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.

Tracking

Every order includes free tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, email support@golymphoria.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — we can update the address any time before the order ships.
