Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Orders leave our warehouse within 24–48 hours of purchase — email support@golymphoria.com with your order number as soon as possible, and if the order hasn't shipped yet we'll cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.
If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but it is still covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee (see our Refund Policy).
Cancelling refills
Refill deliveries can be paused, changed, or cancelled at any time, with no fees. Email support@golymphoria.com before your next refill date and we'll take care of it — requests are processed within 1 business day.
