Enter the email address you used at checkout and we'll send you a secure sign-in link — no password needed. From the portal you can:
- Pause or skip your next refill
- Change your delivery date
- Cancel your refills entirely — no fees, no questions asked
Prefer to have us handle it? Email support@golymphoria.com from your checkout email address and tell us what you'd like to do. We process every request within 1 business day, and always before your next refill is charged.
